This is turning into the stuff of legend. We might even get our own 10 min TV 'short' on C4. _________________ Careful with that hedge trimmer Eugene

Not strictly true...somebody does know the answer and we believe we know who that somebody is, but what they know to be the answer (if we know the correct identity of the person in the know) is not generally known by the rest of us.

Bashri is a type of flour. Soooo ... Nobacherie (No Bashri) could allude to Derren's hatred of flour. Quite simply, he hates flour. He really, really, really hates flour. Flour is the thing he hates most. He hates flour. Hates it. And the sorry upshot of this hatred (Derren's hatred of flour) is that whenever Coops tries to bake him a cake (without flour, because Derren hates flour), it comes out all gunky and runny like custard. So now, every time Derren looks at Coops, all he can think about is failed, flourless cake and the frustration this engenders. Hence the name.
Does any of that help? _________________ The Forum: "It's unhealthy to do it more than occasionally." |

But I thought it was mushrooms he didnt like?
You know, the agonised code breaking permutations over the last 45 pages have inspired me to go out and buy the Da Vinci code. Contrary to expectations Im quite enjoying it - but Im still waiting for the bit where Coops appears.

Blimey, just as I get around to not caring anymore, there's 'Sir' Big Dave to get me all riled up again. Oh, the anxiety...
Interesting fact number 3: 'Nobacherie' makes a great non-swearing swear word. I used it today when one of my flights copped a five hour delay... _________________

Wednesday? WEDNESDAY? I thought the tour started on Sunday 20th.
Is that another bloody helpful clue SBD? _________________ Careful with that hedge trimmer Eugene

'Fraid not Hedgie. The tour does start on the 20th but the previews start on Wednesday, so he's telling the truth this time. _________________ The sooner you fall behind, the more time you'll have to catch up. |

Just found out from writing my haiku that if you 'nobacherie' over and over, it ends up sounding like 'batcharino'. Now, I'm sure 'batch' is slang for summat... _________________

Does it start with 'non'? Could be the 'loose french' bit...

So who's going to the previews - and could you please stalk Coops and watch him nobach-ing - before coming back to report?? Thank you!!
Or nobachering - almost no bickering! - So he stops the constant and incessant squabbles between Derren and ..... well, EVERYONE!
Or Nobacherie - could simply mean Sweet FA - or if you want it in French? Then that'd be Suite FA!!
Or it could mean No bash-fulness - or grumpiness - or sleepiness - or dopey-ness or .... in other words, his job is to heavily disguise Derren the Dwarf ... so he's in make-up (just like this word)???

| I think Psychochickie is going to one or more of the Previews. I was going to, as I'm off work this week, but I'm feeling a bit lethargic, so couldn't be bothered in the end. |

'Non-basic chores'?

Aha! (again!)
He's in charge of BILLINGS!!!
???
or .... to tie in Spas's original Beckham theory .... that would be 'footing the bills'
Now / where's William?
Nobacherie (third edit already) ... No Bills are Dear ...
Or ... Explanation of Billings ....
Or ... Kill Bill III ...
or just plain old 'Billings' .... *sigh* _________________ Coffee, chocolate, men ....... some things are just better RICH. |

Y'know, I was trying to remember the French for "to buy" and I believe it is "acheter".

Maybe you could put 'Bon Acherie', which (not quite correctly!) could be 'Good Buy'.
Or, Goodbye... _________________
