chers = shares???
Shares explanations?
Or does it just mean that he shares a bit of everything? and that's the explanation?
Or he could be the Number One support??? (backer)
Or maybe he backs numbers? So he's the resident gambler!!!
Or simply Derren's Number One Fan! (backs him up whatever he does ...) _________________ Coffee, chocolate, men ....... some things are just better RICH. |

I'm sure there are at least 2 people sitting and laughing their heads off everytime they visit. They're like 2 cats playing with their prey before they finish us off and give the remains to their master.
Like I said about 22 pages ago, made up word, no particular meaning but looks and sounds interesting.

Or he could be the man with no hair on his back? (no-back-hair??) - Mmmm - who's going to check that one out?
Or .......
it could be something to do with his 'composure'?? (bach + cher?)
Solid as a rock and all that?
or C (diamond = rock) + her = rocker???
He's not a long-haired lover from Liverpool, is he? *cringes* (that'd be just too much!)
or just the jewel (C) in the crown (bach/buck??) _________________ Coffee, chocolate, men ....... some things are just better RICH.

In fact, I think it's more likely about 'long hair' - but can't fit that in!! _________________ Coffee, chocolate, men ....... some things are just better RICH. |

or maybe it's not 'hair', but 'hare'???
or the 'er' could be 'air'?
which just begs for something along the lines of 'air on a G string' ...

It's a bit of a cult film, so it's not that surprising you haven't heard of it. I caught it on Channel 4 about twenty years ago.
Had you seen 'Freaks', the visions would have been even more interesting... _________________ The best thing about being a cynic is that you are nearly always right. The worst thing is that you are nearly always right. |

ok, sorry to back track a bit, did a search but couldn't find any reference to it. Did Coops clue:'Enrolement at a later stage would certainly mean an imminent sacrifice' get solved?
Perhaps un-sheep-like (ba)...Coops didn't go to university and so has
No BA dear.. He's no sheep, and has no degree.
Going to university at a later stage, would mean sacrificing his job as ...? assistant to Derren.
Also in SBD's clue: 'Derren, Darren, Duran Duran, Scoops, Big Dean Wrong, Wrong, WRONG!!!!!!'
There are only 3 'Wrongs' which suggests that Scoops, Big Dean could be correct..
Dean is derived from the Latin for 'ten'. From this a compound meaning 'person in charge of ten others' was formed and developed into the French form that was the immediate source of dean. A variant of that French word was seperately adopted into English as doyen - the most seniour and respected man in a sphere of activity...
Coops, get's the scoop, as he is the doyen in the university of DB's life..?
or it's a spoonerism: Big Dean, Dig Bean...???magic beans...?? _________________ 'Love, the key that unlocks the bars of impossibility'

That's clutching at straws, TP?
How's THIS for clutching at straws :
C = Diamond = rock
in the word 'CHER' = Rockin' chair!!!
maybe the way you recognise him is 'he's the one in the rocking chair'!!!
