Ok, ok I lied. I am still kinda interested. But I've come to the conclusion that it's just a little amusement for DB and co. Scenario something like this:-
Coops - "Why don't I ever get a mention in the TV show credits. It's not fair, all that hard work I do!"
DB - "Ok, calm down dear. You can be listed in the next special."
Coops - "Great, but 'PA to Mr Brown sounds a bit 'girly'. I want something more meaty, like 'EPPA' (Executive Producers' Personal Assistant).
DB - "That's not meaty, it sounds like a disease, but let's make up a word that doesn't actually mean anything, sounds foreign (and possibly a bit rude). Then all those sad people who record everything I do, will be sitting and wondering about it forever."
Antony Owen - "Yeah, what about 'Dankehomo'."
Coops - "No, too gay"
Andrew O'Connor - "Cherragazzo"
DB - "No, I've got it 'Nobacherie'. It's got the nob element, the french for 'darling' and even a reference to my favourite composer. That'll keep them busy for weeks."
Coops - "And it sounds cool too." _________________ Definitely not a piss-taker at all. No way Jose. Never, not on your Nelly! |

Big Dave You are a big girly teasey tease!
What I want to know about is the thing that you are doing for monkey to have made him be good.
If it is not too rude I would like to know so we can use it in future, if it is rude I would like to know just for myself!
How does it read backwards? Just a thought, probably completely wrong.

David Frost said that on 'Through the Keyhole'... he also worked with Peter Cooke and Dudley Moore on 'Not Only, But Also', or NOBA.
Is it implying that Coops and Derren are like Pete and Dud, by any chance? I can just see them sitting head to head over a pint, discussing the meaning of life and making each other laugh... _________________

bach translates as "little" or "small" in Welsh, but it is also used as an endearement.
Just to confuse you even further "ty bach" ( literally "little house") means toilet! _________________ Derren Brown Archives at http://www.lepapillionmagique.co.uk

Nobacherie = Coops - no more truly dreadful one-liners, please
Coops - in charge of leaving everyone speechless!
Coops - in charge of editing all the really bad jokes!
Coops - in charge of shutting everyone up!
Coops - in charge of thinking up really bad jokes?
Coops - in charge of covering up all the mistakes!!!!
You get the idea ...... my latest guesses ...

It sounds like a sneeze if you say it really fast. Maybe when Derren was asked who to credit, it got to Coops and he sneezed, No?...Long shot? ok! _________________ time is an abstract concept |

It would seem to make a little sense but it isn't a noun.

I think this is the best guess so far...
Nobacherie Coops = Not Only But Also cherie Coops
It's just like a little 'special mention for' thing.

I am sticking to the 'Pete and Dud' theory, but here's another (very) wild swing:
'Obachan' is Japanese for Grandmother. Maybe it's an amalgam of 'N(o) Obach(an) (Ch)erie' because Derren thinks Coops is a little old lady. _________________

Coops goes down to the stationers and buys supplies, particularly that of a well known brand called NOBO (which is close enough to Noba)
And just so nobody recognises him, he dresses as a laydee... I took this photo earlier in Staples:

NOBA = New Orleans Ballet Association
DB forces Coops to attend his duties in tutu and tights.
He is a cruel, cruel man.
Is it anything to do with Colchester? or Speed?
